Wait, aren’t all stickers cracked and then peeled? Well, sort of. Most stickers and labels  can be applied that way, but our crack and peel stickers are specifically designed with this feature. We all know how to peel stickers, so what makes these babies so special?

In this simple guide you’ll learn all about this unique vinyl adhesive option.

Today I will cover:

  • Material
  • Finishing Options
  • Common Uses

Let’s go!

Material

These stickers are only available in our standard vinyl material. But don’t worry, it’s a high quality option that will last 3-5 years outdoors when you use it properly.

What makes this sticker option different from others is how the backer is utilized. It is scored so there are two separate backer “pieces” hence “crack and peel.” This feature increases efficiency and also helps prevent snagging or tearing during the peeling process.

Finishing Options

All crack and peel stickers are die-cut. You can choose between a glossy or matte lamination. Each lamination option offers UV, scratch and water-resistance. For indoor use and to reduce glare from interior lighting, we recommend using the matte option. Whereas for outdoor use either option will work.

Common Uses

Some usual uses for these special backed sticker include:

  • Expediting major sticker projects due to the ease of peeling.
  • Handing out logo stickers at community events, or trade shows.
